The Tasks-Hazards-Controls section of an assessment’s Assessment Details tab shows the Risk calculated based on the Probability and Severity identified for each stage (based on the hazard alone, with use of the first control, and with use of the second control), as well as the Exposure Rating.
The calculation formula is set by the administrator in the Risk Settings (see Working with Risk Settings). The Risk may be shown as any combination of an icon, value, or description, depending on your form layout.
