Emailing Risk Assessments

  1. Select the assessment(s) in the Risk Assessments list, then choose Actions»Email Selected Risk Assessments.

  2. You are prompted to select the Layout and View to be used when the recipient opens the link in the message.

  3. Enter the email address of the recipient(s), or choose from the Employee list.

The recipient receives a secure link to a read-only preview of the risk assessment(s) based on the layout/view selected. The recipient may or may not have to log in, depending on the “Allow Risk Assessment Standalone Users to Bypass Login Screen” system setting. If they are required to log in, they will be prompted to close the browser window when they submit the risk assessment.
