Textual count and percentage report of user responses to questions in questionnaires in the selected module. Graphs of responses can also be generated.

<module> Questionnaire Out of Range Responses

Numeric questions and employee responses where those responses fall outside the low and high range of acceptable responses in the selected module.

<module> Questionnaire Responses

Questions and user responses to questionnaires in the selected module. Includes option to print a blank questionnaire and to filter responses based on answers to specific questions.

Questionnaire Crosstab (Data Only)

Cross-tabulates the responses to questions across respondents. Export to Excel only. Reflects the most recent version of the questionnaire; i.e. if some respondents answered a question that is no longer part of the questionnaire, there will be a blank for that question. Data is limited by site security. Options:

•       Arrange questions by column or by row.

•       Choose to see the response or the score for each question, per respondent (employees or GDDLOFB).

•       Choose to include the overall score for the questionnaire for each respondent.

Questionnaire Statistics

Statistics on scores for each question: minimum, maximum, mean/median/mode, standard deviation, quartile. Questions without scoring are included but no statistics are provided for them. Data is limited by site security.
