Monitoring and noise monitoring samples can be approved from different locations; the following summarizes the workflow for each:
From the list view: From either the Monitoring or Noise Monitoring module list, select the samples you wish to approve using the checkboxes to the left and choose Actions»Approve.
From within a sample record: When in a Monitoring sample, choose Actions»Approve.
When in a Noise Monitoring sample, select the Approved check box.
From the Samples tab in a survey record: Select the samples you wish to approve and choose Actions»Approve.
A Monitoring sample can only be approved if all results are entered.
Depending on your system settings, samples may be locked when approved or a certain period of time after approval.
