Cority provides ePrescription (eRx) functionality for Cority-hosted, U.S. clients. A licensed eRx user who is granted the eRx Prescriber role can generate and transmit new medication orders, receive refill requests from the pharmacy, and accept or deny refill requests, electronically from within Cority.
Cority uses the Surescripts clinical network to connect Cority users to pharmacies, and the Lexicomp database to provide users with information on medications and medication interactions.
