This table is used to identify internal and external stakeholders that may be recorded on a Related Stakeholders tab (or sublist) on an FMEA record in the Quality suite, or stakeholders that have been added in the Environmental, Quality or Safety suite.
Stakeholder records include tabs to record additional information such as Witnesses and Contacts, Communications (letters), Notes, Questionnaires, Needs and Expectations, or Documents. If you add a new questionnaire in the Stakeholder record, it is also added to the corresponding suite’s Questionnaire module.
The layout for this table may be customized to include other fields that you may want to capture for stakeholders, such as Contact Organization, contact fields, suite check boxes, etc.
