This table lists definitions of risk based on a system calculated range (e.g. 1-100=low, 101-1000=medium, 1001+=high). It also identifies which risk assessment types the definition applies to. Select a Risk Color to be associated with this risk in a risk matrix.
There are views in the Findings and Actions module, as well as on the Incident report’s Incident Category and Risk tab, that can display risk-related information; however, this information will only appear if the Incident Finding assessment type is selected in this table.
